Grants

The Port Royal Community Charitable Fund presented eight grants ranging from $2,500 to $20,000 on June 28, 2023. These grants were given to programs or projects designed to break the cycle of poverty by promoting self-sufficiency and sustainable improvement with a focus on long-term solutions to housing, food insecurity, or preventive medical and dental health. Our charitable fund was established in 2021 by residents to provide resources to help improve the lives of people in the Lowcountry. The 2024 grant cycle will begin in January 2024 and the theme will be announced at that time.
